Hi, I’m Skylar — the owner and artist behind Inked Cosmetics! Born and raised in Casper, WY, I’ve always had a love for beauty, fashion, and style. In 2011, while still in high school, I started cosmetology school and spent nearly eight years doing hair and specializing in lashes.

In 2019, my career took a turn I never expected when a microblading course practically fell into my lap. I had no plans to dive into brows, but I took the leap—and it turned out to be the best decision ever. Who would’ve thought tattooing faces would become my true passion?

Since then, permanent makeup has completely stolen my heart. Over the past seven years, I’ve earned 10+ certifications from top industry artists like Beautific Studios, Lip Jelly, SisNSis, Bowler Esthetics, and Sculpted Studios. I now specialize in custom brow techniques, lip blush, lip neutralization, and lash enhancements—plus brow laminations, lifts, and waxing for those who prefer something less permanent.

After a few years of working in two locations, I’ve now rooted both my life and business here in my home town—a bittersweet but much-needed decision. When I’m not in the studio, you can find me spending time with my fiancé (the love of my life) and our two sweet cats, Jupiter and Phoebe.
